ADP Sr. Client Service & Product Support Consultant in Florence, South Carolina

ADP is hiring an Sr. Client Service & Product Support Specialist.

In this role, you will serve as ADP's front-line for solving clients' challenges, including issue resolution, answering questions, helping clients, and more. You carry the weight of ADP’s service reputation and client satisfaction in your hands. You will handle day to day interaction with various teams to support technical business requirements. Work to support the business needs being self motivated, able to work independently and able to take initiative without always being directed.

WHAT YOU'LL DO: Responsibilities

  • Client Support . You will help our clients manage their business using our solutions, which could include troubleshooting and probing to resolve location compliance, location geocoding, and location boundaries. Support might also involve partnering with multiple business units and teams for troubleshooting and delivering a seamless client experience.

  • Educator . You will leverage your ADP Product & Services knowledge to provide solutions to issues and question and help build client understanding around our products and solutions training.

  • Collaborator . Join forces with Data Operations Developers to resolve and create enhancements to current tools.

  • Learn . You will continually upgrade your knowledge and skills on payroll, federal and state incentives, standard operating procedures, administrative practices, other products, and desktop support tools to develop and maintain your ability to support our clients.

  • Organize . You adhere to a daily schedule and organize yourself to deal with a high volume of requests.

TO SUCCEED IN THIS ROLE: Preferred Qualifications

  • At least 2-3 years of analytical experience in a customer service environment or as a practitioner with systems experience

  • Experience with Payroll/Payroll Processing

  • Superior time and project management skills.

  • Strong attention to detail and analytical skills.

  • Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment and prioritize the most critical tasks and projects keeping current on new and proposed regulations.

A college degree is great but not required. What's more important is having the skills to do the job. If you don't have a college degree, other acceptable experiences could include:

  • Experience noted above or minimum of four-year Insurance/Financial institution or significant client service experience
