What does the RN role entail? Rotating Schedule of 3 to 4 day work weeks, including rotating Saturday's with Sunday off Starting and ending times can range from 4:30 am to 6:30 pm Average hours range from 12 to 14 hours a day Oversee a group of up to 20 dialysis patients with the partnership of up to 4 to 5 fully trained PCTs Paid Dialysis Training provided

What does a successful RN look like? At least 1 year of hands on nursing experience Experience within fast paced settings such as ER, CCU, ICU, MedSurg and Dialysis (Hemo, PD, HHD, CRRT) ideal ADN / BSN / Diploma in Nursing with an active current RN license in Michigan Confident in working independently as floor lead for patients and team of PCTs Flexibility and availability to work mornings, evenings, weekends and holidays as needed Someone who is eager to learn and expand their nursing experience
