Position HighlightsReport changes in patients' condition, patient/family concerns or complaints to charge nurse and/or supervisor. Make unoccupied patient beds.Assist with the dining program.Ensure patients are ready for scheduled rehabilitation therapy and transports them to the rehabilitation area. *Manage patient personal belongings.
