Why This Role is Important to Us

CCA is seeking a senior director to lead the performance of our growing CCA Physician Organization (PO). The position, in partnership with clinical leadership, will be responsible for identifying opportunities to enhance the PO performance, leading improvement efforts focused on supporting providers with actionable insights to improve patient outcomes. The senior director will be responsible for leading all PO teams, including provider relations, Patient-Centered Medical Home (PCMH) and quality. The senior director will also be responsible for negotiating and re-negotiating strategic payor relationships to advance the performance of the PO. This position will drive results against those contracts, while growing provider participants leading to a continuously high performing physician organization. The PO team will work collaboratively with CCA ACO colleagues to align performance initiatives among the participant communities. These teams work together, partnering with our provider participants to understand the various programs, support gaps in care, analyze our population outcomes and identify opportunities for intervention. This position will report to the General Manager/ market leader and will work closely with internal stakeholders in Michigan and throughout CCA to support market operations. Education Required: Bachelor's degree Experience Required:

3-5 years of leadership experience within a physician organization Payor contracting experience 5 years of proven experience bringing an approach driven by data to strategic business decision making 3-5 years of experience leading high-performance teams 3-5 years owning key provider relationships Demonstrated continuous improvement experience Knowledge, Skills & Abilities Required:

Understands the spectrum of analytic capabilities- and how to pull across analysis, modeling, and visualization to deliver insights. Inherently curious and interested in using data to drive change while remaining grounded in practical applications An ability to work with internal and external stakeholders and develop concepts, processes and concerns and represent them in analyses, along with developing solutions A commitment to improving health outcomes for our most vulnerable populations Experience in developing highly applicable modeling and extracting actionable insights An ability to work as an effective team member and leader in a complex, matrixed, and fast-paced environment. A capability to independently and proactively establish credibility, build trust and relationships, understand need and make decisions that support organizational priorities.
