JHNA is seeking a Senior Engineer in Falls Church, VA to lead the planning and execution of complex mission and systems analysis efforts to support the Office of the Undersecretary of Defense for Research and Engineering (OUSD(R&E) Assistant Secretary of Defense for Mission Capabilities (ASD(MC)) and the Deputy Assistant Secretary of Defense for Multi-Domain Joint Operations (DASD(MDJO)).

Roles/Responsibilities:

• Lead the planning and execution of complex mission and systems analysis efforts which may include Technology Analysis and Assessment, System Definition, Systems Analysis, Systems Architecture development and architecture products for Systems of Systems, kill chain analysis, Systems Engineering trade space and analysis to define capability gaps, Modeling and Simulation activities for mission improvement, or Logistics support of DoD systems. The organization's mission is to facilitate the identification and transition of technologies, systems, and systems-of-systems that close time-critical gaps in high priority, multi-component missions.

  Qualifications Required:

• Master's degree in engineering or related technical field.

• Must have an active Top-Secret clearance with eligibility for Sensitive Compartmentalized Information (SCI).

• Must have a minimum 15 years of experience.

• Demonstrated experience supporting technical, managerial, or operational fields with professional oral and written communication skills across various stakeholders at varying levels of leadership/seniority.

• Experience communicating, interfacing, and interacting with Joint Staff, Services, and warfighters on topics associated with engineering and analysis.

  Qualifications Desired:

• Experience with OUSD(R&E).
