Job Title: Machine Shop Foreman

Job Description

Seeking a diligent Machine Shop Foreman to oversee a team of 9 machinists working on Haas equipment. The role involves overseeing all machine shop operations and personnel, ensuring compliance with company quality control requirements and safety regulations. The successful candidate will monitor product timelines and customer needs to ensure deadlines are met, maintain reliable and safe manufacturing systems, and improve production rates, efficiencies, yields, costs, and changeovers. Additionally, the foreman will evaluate and improve process capabilities and production volume while upholding quality standards. Responsibilities also include liaising with suppliers, customers, and R&D staff, determining project specifications, preparing cost estimates, and compiling project status reports.
