We are currently seeking a Facilities Maintenance Mechanic to work at our corporate HQ in Everett WA. The Facilities Maintenance Tech will maintain and repair the facility's structure, equipment, plumbing, electrical, and event support. Responsibilities:

• Filter Changes on AHU and HVAC systems.

• Installing copper plumbing lines using Pro Press fittings.

• Works with manufacturing or process engineering in the installation or repair of building plumbing and wiring required in the production process.

• Works from blueprints, drawings, or rough sketches.

• Knowledge of facility requirements to determine necessary repair or upkeep.

• Able to perform general building maintenance generated by CMMS system.

• Support Fluke unique events, gatherings, and celebrations.

  Physical Requirements:

• Use hands and fingers fully; reach for, manipulate, and feel objects; stoop, kneel, crouch, and/or crawl.

• Climb and maintain body balance on ladders, scaffolding, or high structures; and see and hear well (either naturally or with correction);

• Lift and carry objects weighing up to 50 pounds.

• Stoop, lay, bend or squat for long periods of time.

  All external hiring is contingent upon the successful completion of a pre-employment drug screen and a criminal background check

• 4+ years of related experience

• Basic overall knowledge of building management systems

Everett, WA: The hourly range for this position is $25.27 - $46.88

This position is also eligible for bonus as part of the total compensation package.

Base pay offered may vary depending on various factors, including, but not limited to: job-related knowledge; skills; experience; and other eligibility factors such as geographic location.
