Atlas is seeking an enthusiastic individual to join our Corporate Accounting as an Accounts Payable Coordinator! The Accounts Payable Coordinator receives all non-shipment related accounts payable invoices, matches POs to the invoice, code invoices and review for approvals, enter invoices into the AP system for payment. This position also takes calls from vendors regarding payment status and communications with other departments regarding invoices.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Codes, identifies, and approves invoices.
  • Enters data in system for payment.
  • Takes calls from vendors or in-house employees requesting information on payment status and communicates with other departments regarding invoices.
  • Other duties may be assigned.

Qualifications

What You'll Need:

  • High School diploma and/or GED
  • 0-4 or more years of job-related experience and/or equivalent combination of education and experience are required.
  • Previous Accounts Payable and/or customer service experience preferred.
  • Associate degree preferred.
