The Europe Middle East Africa and India headquarter of the Estée Lauder Companies is looking for a new intern for January 2024!

About the Job:

The Legal Intern will be an active member of the EMEA Legal team and in charge of assisting the team in the various activities and missions of the Legal department.

About your responsibilities:

Key tasks:

The Legal Intern will be in particular in charge of assisting the EMEA Legal team in:

  • Reviewing and negotiating commercial, distribution and IT agreements, with retailers, suppliers, service providers and partners;

  • Deploying of all direct-to-consumer initiatives such as the rollout new e-commerce websites, digital and omnichannel initiatives and social media activities;

  • Advising on all data privacy projects involving all aspects of GDPR and other privacy laws in EMEA such as reviewing privacy notices, data processing agreements, DPIA, responding to data subject requests.

About You

Available 6 months starting January 2025

internship agreement mandatory

Minimum Education Level: CRFPA (or equivalent Bar exam), Master 2 (or equivalent) in European, Business, Commercial and/or IT/Data Protection Laws, and as a plus another diploma from a Business school or Sciences Po or LLM or IT/Tech certification appreciated.

Minimum Years and Area of Experience: at least one previous experience

Required Language Proficiency: Fluency in English is required
