Busy Eugene Interior Finishes Showroom seeks outgoing and experienced salesperson. Must feel comfortable creating lasting relationships with top area builders/remodelers and homeowners. These clients will look to you to help guide them in picking the best cabinetry, countertops or tile for their projects. Minimum Requirements: Competitive Starting Wage of \$25 per hour depending on experience including profit sharing and benefits after 90 days. This is a long-term career opportunity with growth potential. - Two years\' experience with in-store sales and customer service - Proficiency using computers and working knowledge of Microsoft Office programs - Must have experience with and willingness to answer phones, take messages, and complete filing. Preferred Qualifications: - Experience planning construction/remodel projects and researching construction materials - Experience with sales and price negotiations - Knowledge of 20/20, Revit or AutoCAD Software - Knowledge of cabinetry and countertop materials - Experience writing estimates - Strong interpersonal communication skills Job Duties: - Answering phones, taking messages and filing documents - Building relationships with local customers and construction contractors - Providing excellent customer service in person and by phone - Writing estimates and purchase orders - Educating customers on different products that are available - Representing the company in a friendly and professional manner Hours and Pay: - This is a Full-time, Day position, 40 hours a week. - Competitive Starting Wage of \$25.00 per hour depending on experience including profit sharing and benefits after 90 days. - This is a long-term career opportunity with growth potential. - We are a drug and tobacco free workplace.
