Job Duties and Responsibilities

We’re looking for an experienced Project Manager focused on successful project management and change management for People program launches, enhancements, and ongoing deployment. As the Project Manager responsible for driving prioritized projects across the organization, you’ll be a key partner to the HR team. You'll collaborate closely with the HR team and other functions within DISH to identify project objectives, develop project plans, and manage timelines and budgets.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Creating and managing project plans to ensure deadlines are met, potential roadblocks and risks are anticipated, escalated, solved for, and quality and alignment across programs are delivered

  • Ensuring the right stakeholders are involved in the right way and at the right times, based on a decision-making model

  • Facilitating alignment on project plans, leveraging functional expertise, and driving timely execution of deliverables with cross-functional stakeholders

  • Partnering with the cross-functional leads to set up their processes for success, including tracking against project plans, capturing notes and action items in key meetings, and regularly sending out status reports to relevant stakeholders

  • Conducting post-project/program evaluations in partnership with the workforce strategy team, including capturing relevant, timely feedback and incorporating successes and areas for improvement into future iterations of the programs

  • Support ad hoc projects and initiatives, as needed

  • You are detail-oriented, analytical, and take a systems-thinking approach to problem-solving. You understand how things affect one another in an overall system

  • You are a self-starter, highly motivated, and able to shift directions quickly when priorities change

  • You strongly understand change management best practices and implementation, with a client- or customer-focused mentality

Skills, Experience and Requirements

If this sounds like you, you probably have experience with:

  • 4 plus year of program/project management experience

  • HR program/project management in a complex, multi-functional, and global environment

  • Communicating directly with cross-functional partners, including effective conflict management, prioritizing and managing stakeholder requests

  • Leading development and execution of communication plans, communication collateral, training, and change adoption strategies

  • Presenting to groups at all levels and the ability to answer questions with poise and confidence, while relating in an approachable manner

  • Developing, drafting, and managing complex workflows, planning and coordinating across multiple delivery teams and against aggressive timelines

  • Assisting in retrospectives, feedback gathering, and data analysis to drive proactive planning for future development

Salary Ranges

Compensation: $83,950.00/Year - $119,900.00/Year

The base pay range shown is a guideline. Individual total compensation will vary based on factors such as qualifications, skill level, and competencies; compensation is based on the role's location and is subject to change based on work location. Candidates need to successfully complete a pre-employment screen, which may include a drug test and DMV check.
