Good Shepherd Village in Endwell is looking for a talented Facilities Clerk to join our team!

Position Details:

Full Time Monday - Friday, day shift position , 8:30am -5:00pm.

Position Summary

The Facilities Clerk is responsible for assisting with shipping and receiving, setting up facility events, delivering and storing of freight supplies & product and assisting maintenance staff.

• Assist with receiving dock duties (such as, delivery of incoming resident/staff packages, storing of supplies, incoming and outgoing linen orders, receiving and storing of food and beverage deliveries)

• Handling work order requests for staff and residents through Worxhub system as well assisting Maintenance personnel as assigned/needed

• Moving resident furniture and other belongings

• Set up facility events for Activities and Facility functions

• Errands as requested

  Essential Job Requirements

Education: High School diploma or GED preferred

License: N/A

Qualifications: Must be 18 years of age. Ability to read, write and speak the English language
