 We are currently seeking a skilled and reliable Small Equipment Operator to join our team. As a Small Equipment Operator, you will play a crucial role in our ore loading and mud removal operations. You will be responsible for efficiently and safely operating skid steers and mini loaders to load ore into tanks and muck out mud from designated areas. Responsibilities:  Operate skid steers and mini loaders to load ore into tanks according to specific instructions and production schedules.  Safely and efficiently maneuver equipment in tight spaces and uneven terrain.  Perform daily maintenance checks on equipment, including fueling, greasing, and inspecting for any damage or malfunctions.  Conduct pre-shift inspections to ensure equipment is in proper working order. Transport ore and materials to designated areas for loading and unloading.  Muck out mud and debris from designated areas using skid steers and mini loaders.  Follow safety protocols and guidelines to ensure a safe working environment.  Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations and efficient workflow.  Document daily activities, including equipment usage, production quantities, and any incidents or issues. Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent.  Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.  Strong knowledge and experience operating skid steers and mini loaders.  Ability to operate equipment effectively and safely in tight spaces and uneven terrain.  Knowledge of safety regulations and procedures related to equipment operation.  Basic mechanical skills to perform routine maintenance tasks on equipment.  Excellent hand-eye coordination and spatial awareness.  Ability to work independently and as part of a team.  Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.  Physical stamina and the ability to work in various weather conditions.  Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
