Adecco US, Inc. Construction Manager in Elk City, Oklahoma

Adecco Permanent Recruitment has partnered with one of their favorite clients in hiring for a Construction Manager.

We are a leading company in the construction sector with a century-long history of creating innovative and sustainable solutions. Our integrated business model includes aggregates, cement, ready-mix concrete, mortars, precast solutions, urban landscaping, architectural facades, and waste management. We operate in twelve countries across four continents, supported by over 6,200 passionate employees.

We are currently seeking a motivated and qualified US Director: Construction Manager , based in Oklahoma. The position reports directly to the Managing Director.

Applicants must be fluent in Spanish.

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES

Factory Creation Project Management:

  • Coordinate and oversee the planning and execution of the factory construction project.

  • Collaborate in creating a detailed construction plan, including timelines and costs.

  • Manage relationships with suppliers and contractors for timely acquisition of materials and equipment.

  • Report progress and budget status periodically.

Factory Commissioning and Management:

  • Hire and supervise factory personnel, starting with an initial team of 10 workers and growing to 30-40 workers within two years.

  • Establish and maintain efficient and safe operational procedures.

  • Oversee daily production to meet targets in volume, quality, and delivery schedules.

  • Ensure materials availability and efficient flow for manufacturing.

  • Participate in quality and regulatory compliance audits.

Business Management in the USA:

  • Oversee and manage the company's financials, including budgets and forecasts.

  • Ensure compliance with legal and fiscal regulations.

  • Manage relationships with suppliers and customers.

  • Provide periodic updates on the business unit's progress.

JOB REQUIREMENTS

  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.

  • Experience in managing construction projects or factory operations.

  • Leadership skills and ability to motivate teams.

  • Strong communication skills.

  • Ability to adapt to changing environments.

  • High proficiency in English AND Spanish (firm requirement)

Target Salary: $90-100k

Pay Details: $90,000.00 to $100,000.00 per year
