Position Description:

Supports the program director and development operations by performing administrative duties and data analysis guaranteeing the integrity and precision of information. A sharp focus will be on stewardship, data integrity, and executing other related activities, such as planning, directing, and coordinating the program's academics and operational activities. Performs responsible and complex duties associated with a specialized function of a section of clerical employees. Duties may be generally described as, coordinating, directing, scheduling, evaluating, verifying, training, and data processing. Work is performed under general supervision within University policies and procedures. Job performance is based on overall operation effectiveness.

Major/Essential Functions:

  • Assist Annual Giving Officer/Communications Writer with planning, administrative tasks, writing, data entry, and data management.

  • Assist Development Officers, Assistant Vice President and Financial Coordinator in financial and gift fund tracking.

  • Assist Event Coordinator on as-needed basis.

  • Tracking and reporting of disbursement of donor-funded scholarships to students as it relates to the team's mission, goals, and communications; seasonally coordinate the flow of scholarship documents and information for stewardship purposes and collateral.

  • Assist Director of Stewardship & Annual Giving with duties including, but not limited to: Composing Annual Giving appeals, pulling and cleaning data files, and assisting in Annual Giving-related events.

  • Support Assistant Vice President of Development and Vice President of Advancement as directed.

  • Build relationships with campus partners to maintain and improve scholarship-related communications and stewardship efforts, donor engagement initiatives and support fundraising activities.

  • Adhere to all TTUHSCEP policies, procedures and processes.

  • Personally demonstrate, display, and act in accordance with TTUHSCEP’s values (Service, Respect, Accountability, Integrity, Advancement, and Teamwork). Actively promote and encourage staff across the institution.

  • Perform all other duties as assigned.
