Adecco is currently assisting a great client in their search for Order Entry Clerk in Edina, MN.

Type: 40hrs/wk. Contract

Start Date: Within two to three weeks.

Pay: $30.09 to $ 30.09

Length: Long Term

Hours : 8am to 5pm M-F

Please note: This role is in the office Monday, Tuesday, and Wednesday.

Responsibilities for the Order Entry Clerk role include:

• Process sales orders for sales reps in Movemedical and Netsuite.

• Perform accurate and timely processing of all customer orders via email, phone, and fax.

• Perform account and order management to ensure customer relationship needs and business requirements are met.

• Ensure proactive communication with internal and external customers, such as order acknowledgment, shipping information and delays.

• Assist in generating quotes for Territory Manager

• Assist A/R and Territory Managers in obtaining purchase orders prior to customers stocking orders and/or bill only purchase orders after local inventory placements.

• Assist customer service representatives as needed in ensuring data accuracy in Movemedical by reviewing and clarifying with users regarding data they have entered.

Qualifications for this Order Entry Clerk role:

• Completed High School Diploma or GED.

• Must have excellent attendance.

• Demonstrated evidence of attention to detail, excellent written and verbal communication skills, and flexibility

• Strong computer skills including experience working with ERP and CRM systems.

Pay Details: $30.09 per hour
