Basic Accountability Statement:

Maintain Prints/Process Sheets for all models in production. This will include the development of 3-D models, build drawings and Bill of Materials

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Completing scheduled documentation tasks on time as directed.

• Accurate & concise documentation that meets business standards.

• To provide assistance with the review process of all Engineering drawings and BOM’s to ensure accuracy.

• Update 3-D model and associated drawings via Engineering Changes.

• Maintain status for the completion of all bills of materials, process sheets, and other documentation as related to ECN release

• Responsibilities include handling and maintaining engineering documentation, including drawings, specifications, standards, bills of material, and process sheets.

• Ensure interdepartmental communication.

Knowledge/Education

• High school diploma

• Associates Degree in CAD Drafting, Engineering, or equivalent field preferred

Skills/Experience

• 1-3 years CAD Drafting & documentation experience required

• CAD experience; Siemens NX, Catia, Solidworks, Pro-E

• Proficiency in PC based tools with a focus on Microsoft Office Suite, AS-400 and general web-based applications

• Boat building experience desired

While performing the duties of this job, the employee is occasionally exposed to moving mechanical parts; high, precarious places; fumes or airborne particles; and toxic or caustic chemicals. The noise level in the work environment is usually moderate.
