Job Opening: Human Resources Generalist

Robert Half is working with a multi-division manufacturing organization that is currently looking for an HR Generalist. This role will involve handling daily HR functions such as employee relations, hiring processes, administering pay, benefits, leave management, and enforcing company policies.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Address employee related issues and maintain employment records.

  • Execute HR programs (compensation, benefits, leave, disciplinary matters).

  • Stay updated with HR trends and regulatory changes.

  • Manage projects for creating an optimal workplace environment.

  • Assist with process employee payrolls accurately.

  • Administer all employee benefit plans and the company’s 401K.

  • Assist in annual audits.

  • Manage personnel recruitments, background checks, and orientation.

Requirements:

  • BS degree or related HR Certification preferred.

  • Knowledge of HR and employment laws.

  • Minimum two years of experience in a HR generalist position with a focus on employee relations

  • Experience with payroll is a plus.

  • Proficiency in Excel, Word and Outlook.

  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.

Requirements

BS degree or related HR Certification preferred.

Knowledge of HR and employment laws.
