Performs chart reviews. Provides direction and guidance to home health staff. Works collaboratively with other leaders in achieving Agency goals. Steps in as leader in absence of Director of Nursing. Qualifications EDUCATION, EXPERIENCE, TRAINING 1. State Licensure as RN and maintain current in the states of Ohio, WV, and PA. 2. Current BLS (AHA) certificate upon hire and maintain current. 3.
