Conduent Supervisor, Customer Experience in East Hartford, Connecticut

Responsibilities:

  • Recruiting, training, and supervising Customer Care Representatives, completing evaluations as required, and on-going coaching and counseling.

  • Monitoring inbound and outbound Customer Care Representatives staff calls.

  • Updating Customer Care Representatives regarding revised program rules, policies, and procedures.

  • Reviewing and monitoring electronic staff timesheets and staff productivity.

  • Ensuring that identified problems are promptly addressed, documented, and resolved in a timely manner and calls are routed to the appropriate units.

  • Participating in ongoing Conduent and departmental training.

  • Participating in Continuous Quality Improvement (CQI) process.

Requirements:

  • Have an associate degree.

  • Possess two years of call center customer service experience.

  • Show experience with social and/or human services, preferably working with the elderly and disabled adult populations.

  • Exhibit knowledge of healthcare and/or Medicaid (preferred).

  • Demonstrate knowledge of computerized call center systems.

  • Display excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills.

Pay Transparency Laws in some locations require disclosure of compensation-related information. For this position, actual salaries will vary and may be above or below the range based on various factors including but not limited to location, experience, and performance. In addition to base pay, this position, based on business need, may be eligible for a bonus or incentive. In addition, Conduent provides a variety of benefits to employees including health insurance coverage, voluntary dental and vision programs, life and disability insurance, a retirement savings plan, paid holidays, and paid time off (PTO) or vacation or sick time. The approximate compensation for this position is $50-62k per year.
