The Customer Dispatch Coordinator is part of the Driveway fulfillment team. They are responsible for fulfillment coordination between customers and fulfillment centers. Dispatch teams are aligned into Shop or Sell segments.

The Dispatch Coordinator reports to the Dispatch Supervisor.

Responsibilities

• Determines fulfillment type based on customer location

• Manages load status in TMS and CRM

• Coordinates vehicle pick-up between Driveway customers and fulfillment centers including OOM, Store, and Hub

• Responsible for setting appointment time and status in Scheduling, CRM and TMS program

• Keeps customer informed on pick-up status

• Well-developed computer skills including Excel, Word and PowerPoint required
