Amergis Healthcare Staffing is looking for qualified Community Health Worker (CHW) to be responsible for assisting staff with providing direct health, mental health, or social services to clients or patients. The (CHW) will be under the supervision of Professional staff when providing, clerical, caregiver, and mental health duties with patients or clients.

• No weekend (M - F)

• Day shift (8 hours)

• Full Time 40 hour work week

• Entry level with 6 months of experience

Responsibilities

• Conduct follow ups, and IRP's within the county program.

• Candidate will plan and schedule meetings and appointments.

• Organize and maintain paper and electronic files.

• Conduct research and provide information via the telephone, postal mail, and e-mail.

• Other Administrative Assistants duties as assigned.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required

• Ability to work independently with little direct supervision.

• Ability to establish and maintain positive professional business relationships with the branch level leadership and office staff.

• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

• Excellent oral and written communication skills.

• Experience with Microsoft office required.
