This position will be that of a Systems Administrator supporting the DEVCOM Armaments Center Office of the CIO/G6. This position is located at Picatinny Arsenal.

What will you be doing?

This position will be a key member of the DEVCOM Armaments Center Office of the CIO/G6 system administration team. Duties include:

• Daily management of information systems and processes.

• Provide technical assistance to end users in the areas of desktop and mobility support.

• Providing continued process improvement and compliance for the organization.

• Support user access requests and processing. Requirements verification.

• Ad hoc tasking as required

  What skills will the ideal candidate have to be successful?

  This position will require the following skillsets and experience:

• Ten years of experience in technical support in a customer facing role.

• Significant experience supporting Windows operating systems and mobile devices.

• Experience working within federal environments is highly preferred.

• Solid communication skills, orientation to detail, working well in team environments, and the ability to multitask, will all be required for this position.

• Secret security clearance level will be required.

• Technology certifications such as CompTIA Security+ required.

• Must be US Citizen.
