Job Description

Responsible for implementing, admin and troubleshooting security, cryptography devices and PKI

Certification Authorities, including the Hardware related such as HSMs. Continuous contact with the

client in Spanish/English to fulfill his/her tasks.

Responsibilities:

Installation and configuration of HSM devices.

Installation and configuration of CAs and related services (CRL, OCSP, Enrollment)

Configuration for the exporting of the logs of the CAs and related services and the HSMs.

Configuration of SIEM to receive logs from CAs related services and HSMs

Management of ITIL administrative processes.

Troubleshooting incidents in services related to Certificates, cryptography and HSMs.

Monitoring and preventive/corrective maintenance in CAs and HSMs.

Skills and Requirements

+2 years of experience in IT, computer systems or related.

Level of English: intermediate/advanced.

Intermediate knowledge of Windows and Linux administrative commands and monitoring.

Telecommunications, networks.

Processes (ITIL).

Knowledge of computer security.

Knowledge of computer monitoring.

Knowledge of SIEM (Splunk preferable)

SNMP knowledge

Knowledge of Windows and Linux logs

ABC of keys and/or certificates of type SHA, AES, RSA, 3DES, among others. o PKI

o Cryptography

o Mathematics (algebra, calculus) null
