As a Representative, Patient Solutions, every day you will provide support to our customers who are calling with questions about healthcare related matters. For example,

• Billing andEOBs (Explanation of Benefits)

• Payments and payment plans

• Scheduling

Here’s what you’ll experience working as a Representative, Patient Solutions

• Working with EMR systems such as Epic, Cerner or Meditech.

• Working in a fast-paced call center to provide callers with resolution – your day will go by quickly!

• Exercising flexibility and problem-solving skills as you work in an environment with frequent changes.

Required Skills

• High school diploma or GED

• 1-yearprevious work experience as patient services/customer service representative

• Understanding of basis insurance follow-up concepts (i.e. billing, collections, managed care, Medicare, Medicaid and Commercial practices

For this US-based position, the base pay range is $14.28 - $17.73 per hour . Individual pay is determined by role, level, location, job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
