Description We are in search of a Project Manager/Sr. Consultant to join our team in the bustling city of Denver, Colorado. This role offers a contract to hire employment opportunity, offering a chance to work in the dynamic industry of project management and consultancy. The successful candidate will implement change management strategies, establish relationships across different levels and departments, and drive the implementation of complex work.

Responsibilities include:

• Utilizing exceptional critical thinking and problem-solving skills to address project challenges.

• Leveraging organizational and time management skills to ensure efficiency in all project-related tasks.

• Applying business/accounting operational and system expertise to ensure the project's success.

• Establishing and maintaining strong relationships with stakeholders across different levels and departments within the organization.

• Gathering and analyzing data to identify areas for improvement and keep projects on budget and on time.

• Establishing appropriate internal controls and project governance to ensure project integrity.

• Driving the implementation of moderately complex to highly complex work, maintaining confidentiality, and providing enterprise-level visibility to achieve strategic business goals and operational objectives.

• Implementing change management strategies and ensuring all stakeholders and teams are trained and adjusted to new processes and systems.

• Providing insights to stakeholders and executive/senior management on issues through root cause analysis.

• Utilizing skills in 'Atlassian Jira', 'Cisco Technologies', 'Cloud Technologies', 'CRM', 'Database', 'About Time', 'Agile Scrum', 'Budget Processes', 'Change Management', 'Communication' to ensure the project's success. Requirements • Proficiency in Atlassian Jira is required for effective project management and tracking.

• Familiarity with Cisco Technologies is necessary for managing and troubleshooting network systems.

• Expertise in Cloud Technologies for overseeing cloud-based project deployment and management.

• Proficiency in Customer Relationship Management (CRM) for maintaining and improving customer relationships.

• Understanding of Database management for efficient data handling and analysis.

• Knowledge of the About Time software to manage and track project time effectively.

• Experience in Agile Scrum methodologies to manage and deliver high-quality projects.

• Familiarity with Budget Processes for effective project financial planning and management.

• Expertise in Change Management to ensure smooth transitions and minimize project disruptions.
