ManpowerGroup Hybrid - Invoicing Specialist - Denver, Consultant in Denver, Colorado

Denver, CO

Hybrid opportunity - Onsite four days a week from; work from home on Friday.

Flexible start times: Start between 7:00AM and 8:00AM for an 8 hour shift.

Prepares monthly network payments and accruals for Comcast. Responsible for reconciling payments and accruals while also providing financial analysis, reporting, and general support for the Program Accounting Department. Preferably can manage time and workload independently.

Core Responsibilities:

· Manage final Invoice

· Process final construction invoice

· Monitors invoicing SLAs

· Releases Construction invoice line-item reservations

· Monitors non-invoiced / construction complete jobs

· Builds on the partnership between finance and construction

· Enabled consistent invoicing practice across the division

· Fewer points of contact for construction invoicing

Required Skills and Qualifications:

Nice to have:

  • Accounts payable/ Accounts Receivable experience.

  • Experience with SalesForce-P2

Organization: Talent Solutions RPO

Salary: $25-$28/Hr.
