Vitalant is seeking a Blood Bank Order Fulfillment Technician (Hospital Distribution Technician) dedicated to making a positive difference. You will support Vitalant's life-saving mission by managing the inventory of blood and blood products and facilitating the packaging and shipment to hospitals and patients.

What to Expect:

Schedule: Sunday through Wednesday 2pm to 00:30am

As a Hospital Distribution Technician, you'll get to: Receive quality, comprehensive and thorough paid training for your role. Receive, prepare, and ship routine and STAT orders of blood and blood products, selecting appropriate blood components, and ensuring order accuracy. Supports logistics by scheduling third-party carrier pickups, monitoring product movement, and addressing customer concerns regarding order fulfilment, turnaround times, and product availability. Maintain accurate records for transactions. Monitor all storage requirements, service equipment and maintain pickup area. Requirements

High School diploma or GED required Valid in-state driver's license Six months of customer service experience required Prior healthcare industry experience preferred Able to lift 40lbs
