Oracle Director, SCM COE, Product Advisor in Denver, Colorado

Job Description

We are currently recruiting a proven Senior Cloud Inventory & Cost Management Product Specialist in the Oracle Fusion Supply Chain Management Center of Excellence team to work with select customers, system implementation partners, and internal teams to ensure customer implementation excellence and long term success. This is an exciting and challenging opportunity to support our growth of customers and partners as we launch and grow the next generation of products on the SCM SaaS platform.

As a member of the SCM Center of Excellence team, you will translate your SCM industry, product, technology, customer experience, and passion for excellence into providing best practice and robust solutions to guarantee customer success.

5 or more years of functional and technical leadership experience in recent enterprise-level SCM Inventory & Costing implementations, particularly with Oracle Cloud SCM. Bachelors degree or equivalent required, Masters preferred

Responsibilities

As a product expert, directly advise customers and partners on key aspects of optimal configuration during implementation and stabilization

Provide guidance to implementation partner subject matter experts so their configurations and implementations optimally meet customer business needs

Develop and maintain strong relationships and communication within the Product Development teams

Work with Development to document or improve configuration ease

Ensure a high degree of customer satisfaction and stability throughout the implementation and through the first several months post-live

Develop broad knowledge of the Fusion Cloud SCM products, along with a deep specialization in Inventory, Costing, Receiving and Shipping.

Conduct regular milestone checkpoint reviews and produce an assessment and recommendations report

Publish best practice material including whitepapers, how-to’s, best-in-class case studies of product usage by customers

Promote Inventory Management best practices in field usage throughout the organization and to customers

  • 5+ years of functional and technical leadership experience in recent enterprise-level SCM Inventory Management & Cost implementations, particularly with Oracle Cloud SCM

  • 3 or more years of direct functional and technical Inventory Management implementation experience with consulting and customer background

  • 5 or more years of experience working directly with software engineering

  • 3 or more years working with top-tier partners / system implementers

  • Demonstrated experience in Costing and Inventory implementations, including Receiving & Shipping processes and relevant external integrations (ie 3PLs/WMS, barcode scanning…).

  • Strong, proven customer relationship skills

  • Understanding of Oracle’s cloud strategy

  • Demonstrated ability to develop successful solutions for customers

  • A creative and agile problem-solver

  • Self-starting track record of success and credibility

  • Ability to communicate effectively to all levels internally and externally

  • Willingness to travel up to 25%

  • Bachelors degree or equivalent required, Masters preferred

  • Fluent English, both written and oral

Range and benefit information provided in this posting are specific to the stated locations only

US: Hiring Range: from $114,500 to $251,600 per annum. May be eligible for bonus, equity, and compensation deferral.

Oracle maintains broad salary ranges for its roles in order to account for variations in knowledge, skills, experience, market conditions and locations, as well as reflect Oracle’s differing products, industries and lines of business.

Candidates are typically placed into the range based on the preceding factors as well as internal peer equity.

Vacation accrual is prorated for employees working between 20 and 34 hours per week. Employees working fewer than 20 hours per week are not eligible for vacation.
