Job Description:

We are seeking motivated and reliable Construction Laborers to join our team for an exciting 8-week project focused on installing rooftop solar panels at Denver University Campus. This position offers a competitive pay rate of $25 per hour and provides a unique opportunity to contribute to sustainable energy initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in the installation of solar panels on rooftops, ensuring adherence to safety protocols and quality standards.

• Perform site preparation tasks, including clearing debris and setting up scaffolding as necessary.

• Work alongside skilled tradespeople to learn and execute installation techniques.

• Follow instructions and guidelines from project supervisors to ensure efficient workflow.

• Operate basic construction tools and equipment safely and effectively.

• Maintain a clean and organized work area, promoting a safe working environment.

• Participate in training sessions and safety meetings as required.

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in construction or a related field is preferred but not required.

• Ability to work at heights and in varying weather conditions.

• Strong physical stamina and the capability to lift heavy materials (up to 50 lbs).

• Good communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a team.

• Attention to detail and commitment to following safety protocols.
