Robert Half is partnering with a respected construction company in North Denver to add an experienced Branch Administrator to their team. This is a great opportunity for someone with an accounting an HR background within the construction company to join a stable company with great benefits. The Branch Administrator is responsible for:

• Manage accounts payable, accounts receivable, billing, and invoicing processes.

• Process payroll accurately and in a timely manner.

• Assist with HR functions including hiring, scheduling interviews, onboarding new hires, and managing new hire paperwork.

• Act as a liaison between corporate HR and on-site employees, addressing any HR-related concerns.

• Assist with job costing and reporting, including job setup and prequalification’s for projects.

• Demonstrate patience and effective communication skills when working with construction personnel who may not be accustomed to paperwork processes.

• Provide support and guidance to the Office Admin & Project Coordinator.

  Requirements

Nice to have:

• Experience with certified payroll procedures.

• Familiarity with Viewpoint software.

• Prior management experience, preferably in a construction or related industry.

Qualifications:

• Strong organizational and multitasking skills.

• Proficiency in basic accounting principles and payroll processing.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

• Attention to detail and accuracy in completing tasks.

• Flexibility and adaptability to changing priorities.

• Thicker skin and patience when dealing with diverse personalities in the construction field.
