Job summary: Under general supervision of and reporting directly to the Chief Financial Officer, responsibilities include preparing and updating employment records related to hiring, transferring, promoting and terminating employees; ensuring new hire onboarding documentation is complete; managing benefits plans eligibility, enrollment, and related changes. Maintain the Payee Program transactions and accounting. Complete all tasks in compliance with federal, state local requirements, and the policies and procedures of the agency. This work requires the appropriate handling of confidential and sensitive information.

Job requirements: Any combination of education, training and work experience, which indicates possession of the skills, knowledge and abilities, needed to perform the job duties listed above. An example of an acceptable qualification for this position is: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, business or a related field supplemented with three (3) to five (5) years of related experience. Bachelor's degree preferred. Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Pay: $37,440.00 - $39,520.00 per year
