Facility:Work From Home - OhioDepartment:Applications DevelopmentSchedule:Full timeHours:40Job Details:The Senior Interface Developer assists with the management of the IT Interface team and manages the relationships and collaboration with other IT departments, clinical staff, and vendors. Provides leadership, guidance, coordination of assignments, and direction to the Interface team. The Senior Interface Developer is responsible for coordinating and participating in aspects of systems analysis, planning, design, development, testing, and implementation of systems. The Senior Interface Developer understands the clinical & business workflows, processes, policies and business operations. Organizes and manages the planning related to future direction of the IT related efforts. Manages processing and follow-up of requests for enhancement and changes from users or others affected by the system. The Senior Interface Developer performs in-depth analysis of workflows, data collection, report details and other technical issues associated with the use of the Epic software. The Senior Interface Developer develops and documents internal procedures to be used in conjuction with CIS. Coordinates evaluation of development efforts, in planning pilot and full implementations of new features, and in processing user feedback and requests. Maintains a detailed understanding and working knowledge of the current epic system, its functions and its relationship to other information systems within the enterprise.

Education

Bachelor's Degree in MIS or Computer Science required

Certification

Bridges Interface Certification- Epic required

Experience

4-5 Specializing in Interface development or computer programming. required

Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office and email products required

Strong problem solving, excellent verbal and written communication skills required

PREFERRED: 5-7 Healthcare experience. Corepoint or another Interface Engine certification
