  • [Current valid Ohio driver's license & access to a motor vehicle

[Serves as a role model, mentor, and advocate for fathers/expectant fathers to promote responsible and involved fatherhood by providing support through life experiences and connects fathers with resources ]{times="" new="" roman",="" serif"=""}

[Serves and participates on a community task force with community partners to implement a five-point program, Every Parent Matters, to reach fathers and ensure fathers keep engaged]{times="" new="" roman",="" serif"=""}

[Performs care coordination through outreach and home visits to perform health assessments of clients and educate them on various health topics ]{times="" new="" roman",="" serif"=""}

[Connects fathers with each other and ]{times="" new="" roman",="" serif"=""}[Links/refers fathers and men to services available within the agency and community ]{times="" new="" roman",="" serif"=""}

[Participates on various fatherhood and men's health initiatives to address the social, behavioral and health risk factors related to birth outcomes, contributing factors to infant mortality, and men's health. ]{times="" new="" roman",="" serif"=""}

[Develops health awareness about topics pertaining to men's health, pregnant women, expectant fathers, and their families through public speaking, audio-visual programs, and promotional materials presented to community groups, agencies, schools, and health fairs]{times="" new="" roman",="" serif"=""}
