Staffmark is looking for a dedicated Accounts Payable Specialist to join our client's close-knit team in Dayton, Ohio, on a contract-to-hire basis. Pay Rate: $22.00 per hour (negotiable based on experience) Shift: First Shift Qualifications: Strong knowledge of Accounting Principles and Job Costing Proficiency in computer skills and Microsoft Office Excellent communication and organizational abilities Strong work ethic and attention to detail Previous Accounts Payable experience Flexibility to assist with special projects across departments Responsibilities: Process project-related invoices and manage subcontracts and large purchase orders Ensure compliance with Purchase Order and Subcontract documentation Reconcile retainage requests and compile weekly Open Payable Reports Perform check runs, manage sales tax, and maintain spreadsheets Provide general administrative support to various departments The services you offer are not without uplifting benefits to show our appreciation for your time and energy!
