Marketing Project Specialist

Position Overview:

We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Marketing Project Specialist - this role is perfect for a creative individual with strong project management skills and a passion for social media and digital content. You will play a pivotal role in enhancing our online presence and supporting our marketing initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

• Social and Digital Content Creation: Capture engaging photos around campus and craft compelling posts to share on our social media platforms.

• Social Media Management: Utilize Hootsuite to manage and schedule posts for Facebook and Instagram, ensuring consistent and timely content delivery.

• Website Launch Support: Assist with the review and troubleshooting of a new website set to launch in July, ensuring a smooth and user-friendly experience.

• Content Audit and Review: Conduct thorough audits and reviews of content, focusing on e-books and other marketing materials to ensure accuracy and effectiveness.

Key Qualifications:

• Social Media Management: Proven experience managing social media platforms, particularly Facebook and Instagram, with a strong understanding of engagement strategies.

• Content Management System (CMS) Experience: Proficient in using various CMS platforms, with the ability to update and maintain website content efficiently.

• Project Management and Coordination: Exceptional project management skills with a keen eye for detail. The ideal candidate will be highly organized and capable of coordinating multiple projects simultaneously.
