Overview

Team Overview

The Transformation & Change Management Office (TCMO) is a new department driving organizational efficiencies and standardizing business processes. As leaders of enterprise-wide transformations like NorthStar, the TCMO is responsible for end-to-end project delivery and program adoption.

As part of the TCMO, the Change Management Office (CMO) supports change initiatives by providing a range of services, including but not limited to stakeholder communication planning, measuring readiness, adoption, engagement, and supporting the rollout and training of new products and processes.

Role Overview

The Community Engagement Manager will be a pivotal force in managing and enhancing SGWS’s internal engagement through digital platforms and innovative communication strategies. Although this is not a people management role, the Community Engagement Manager will take charge of building and nurturing a dynamic, digital-first community by working closely with stakeholders to ensure all employees are engaged and aligned with organizational changes. By leveraging digital channels, interactive forums, and social media-style communication tools, this role will drive collaboration, foster a sense of connection, and support SGWS employees in navigating transitions with ease. With a focus on engagement and change management, the manager will create a culture of continuous improvement, ensuring all messaging is impactful, consistent, and aligned with the company’s objectives

Primary Responsibilities

  • Manage CMO website for all TCMO projects

  • Actively engage on social forums (ie. Viva Engage)

  • Foster “listening & talking” channels and update TCMO on sentiment and feedback

  • Provide summary of engagement metrics to leadership

  • Maintain calendar across projects

  • Execute Change Champion Network engagements

  • Foster a sense of community within SGWS by organizing events, activities, and initiatives that promote engagement

Qualifications

Minimum Qualifications

  • Relevant experience that may include social media, blog, digital marketing, social influence, product marketing, web management/design

  • Bachelor’s degree or higher education from an accredited university is preferred. High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent is required

  • Proven ability to engage audiences through multiple platforms

  • Strong verbal and written communication

  • Demonstrated strong interpersonal, communication and organizational skills, as well as the ability to self-direct

  • Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams

Preferred Qualifications

  • Preferred experience within beverage industry

  • Preferred to have direct experience designing and delivering engagement activities

Physical Demands

  • Physical demands with activity or condition for a considerable amount of time include sitting and typing/keyboarding using a computer (e.g., keyboard, mouse, and monitor) or adding machine

  • Physical demands with activity or condition may include occasional to rare amount of time include walking, bending, reaching, standing, and stooping

  • May require occasional lifting/lowering, pushing, carrying, or pulling up to 20lbs
