Job Description:

The Assistant Director will assist Director of Dining & Retail Services with oversight of daily operations of the Auxiliary businesses that includes: Dining, Catering, Book/Tech stores, and Vending operations. Will help review and track sales and deliverables with Auxiliary contracts and assists Director with forecasting and reporting. Serves as meal plan administrator maintaining a roster of all meal plan holders and communicating updates accurately to the appropriate departments of all purchased, cancelled or changed plans. Processes payments, journals, and invoices. Corresponds accordingly to phone and email inquiries from student, parents and other interested parties.

Minimum Qualifications:

-Bachelor’s degree in related field.

-Three plus years relevant professional experience.

-Any equivalent combination of education and experience.

Preferred Education and Experience:

Experience working within Peoplesoft and StarRez is highly preferred.

Skilled at creating financial and budgetary reporting.

Strong communication skills and be able to interact with all levels of senior management, staff, faculty, students and community.
