McDonald's Multi-Store Training Leader in DALLAS, North Carolina

THIS IS A TRAINING AND PEOPLE DEVELOPMENT POSITION. THIS IS A TEMPORARY POSITION FOR SOMEONE WHO WANTS TO JUMPSTART THEIR CAREER WITH MCDONALDS AND SOMEONE WITH ASPIRATIONS TO BE A GENERAL MANAGER OR ASSISTANT GM.

As a Patch Training Leader you will work closely with several Restaurant General Managers and Supervisor in their patch of restaurants (3-4). In those restaurants you oversee hiring, training, and development you may be responsible for: Performing and demonstrating daily procedures correctly & consistently, Adhering and teaching all Food Safety Standards, Knowing station procedures, Training crew to perform procedures correctly, Assigned and following up on SOC's and training tracking systems, training on daily cleanliness tasks, coaching on Kitchen/Drive Thru/Service times and targets, and Perform additional duties assigned by Supervisor and Training Supervisor. Weekly you will be hosing and conducting classes with crew trainers, shift managers, and department leaders. You will also assist in hosting seed store trainings with new products and servsafe certifications. This is a restaurant position, hiring, training new hires and following-up with current crew, NOT a corporate office position.* There will be internal training involved for this position.

Requirements:

Self motivated and dependable

Travel between restaurants in required. 1-2 locations per day max. Reliable transportation

Strong communication skills and ability to teach in groups

McDonalds system knowledge is a plus but not required for the right candidate

English/Spanish bilingual preferred

Open availability as training and follow-up needs to happen on all shifts
