Our Maintenance Laborer position reports to the Maintenance Manager and is an integral part of a dedicated team who take great pride in helping ATI achieve production and quality results. In this position, you will be responsible for performing general labor and maintenance work when assisting craftsmen such as masons, cement-finishers, carpenters, steam fitters and others as needed. A successful Maintenance Laborer is able to work independently and collaboratively within a team environment and is motivated to quickly learn about ATI\'s products, processes, and quality standards. This is a second shift position from 3pm-11pm, Monday through Friday. Responsibilities Frequent use of shovels, picks, crow bars, sledgehammers, air hammers, hand trucks and other equipment in performing work assignments. May perform such functions as: mixing mortar or cement, tearing up brickwork or concrete, and loading and unloading material. Additional maintenance related responsibilities including assisting other areas and departments in the plant and back-office functions might also be as assigned by department supervisors and/or craftsmen. Basic Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent 6 months\' manual labor experience. Preferred Qualifications Prior manufacturing/factory experience.
