Minimum/Required Qualifications Masters degree in College Student Services Administration, Counseling, Academic Advising, Higher Education Administration, or related field. Understanding of student development theory and global best practices in academic advising and support. Demonstrated experience in either academic advising and/or academic support of undergraduate college students. Demonstrated multicultural/cross-cultural competency and commitment to promoting and enhancing diversity, equity, inclusion, and social justice.
