Minimum/Required Qualifications Bachelor\'s degree in art, liberal arts, business, or a related field relevant to the duties of the position. Five years of full-time equivalent experience in program management, budget oversight, and personnel supervision. Broad knowledge of arts and craft materials, tools and equipment and related safety aspects associated with operation and health hazards. Proficiency in one or more craft areas. Teaching experience in a classroom setting, community arts center, or arts program. Competence and efficient computer skills for spreadsheets, payroll, word processing, and document generation. Demonstrated ability to utilize critical thinking and problem-solving skills to make complex and collaborative decisions. Excellent written and oral communication skills. A commitment to promoting and enhancing diversity and equity.
