Minimum/Required Qualifications A Bachelor\'s degree in a field related to the work and two years\' experience providing consultative program support and administration directly related to the position including interpretation of laws, rules, policies and regulations; OR HR Professional Certificate from an accredited college/university or professional association and 4 years of recent, relevant experience providing consultative program support and administration directly related to the position including interpretation of laws, rules, policies and regulations; OR Five years\' of recent, relevant experience providing consultative program support and administration directly related to the position including interpretation of laws, rules, policies and regulations. Experience working within a payroll system making changes and adjustments to employee deductions. Strong customer service, interpersonal and listening skills to effectively communicate with clients.
