Minimum Qualifications Four years of technical- or professional-level experience analyzing or advising and/or instructing the public concerning specific programs or processes, monitoring a program, or performing participant reviews. Two years of the experience must have been comparable to a Program Representative 1 which involves monitoring, representing, and reviewing programs. Additional Required Qualifications Ability to multi-task within an environment of constantly changing demands, expectations, and new duties. Ability to prioritize duties, adapt to changing duties, and respond appropriately to competing demands on time. Demonstrated expertise in the Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel and Word. Excellent verbal and written communication and interpersonal skills with strong attention to detail. Evidence of excellence in working collaboratively with individuals and small groups and coordinating work with other units/agencies. Position Duties 55% Sponsored Research Program Assistance Assist supervisor in the promotion and operations of externally funded research programs. 35% Administrative Support Assist with agency application process, such as budget development, the format of documents and completing application forms in required modules. 5% Professional Development Participate in training and development opportunities provided by Oregon State University, regional, state, and national organizations. 5% Other duties as assigned.
