This is a postition for a Day Reliability Planner . 

 

Summary : This position is responsible for troubleshooting, maintaining, and repairing all equipment and company assets while maintaining a safe work environment and adhering to Tyson policies and procedures. This position is scheduled for 3rd shift. The position is full-time.  The base pay will be commensurate with experience up to maximum of $25.10 per hour plus the possibility of an attendance bonus.

 

Duties/Responsibilites : Must be willing to work nights, weekends, and respond to call-ins as required to resolve equipment failures and to support planned shutdowns. Can pass a pre-employment assessment and a pre-employment drug + background screening. Can pass post-offer / pre-hire Physical Abilities Test (PAT). Previous maintenance, maintenance planner, or asset effectiveness type experience . Provide technical work direction and scheduling for team members. Work with Reliability, Engineering, and the Operations Teams to update and develop PM documents, and to ensure the frequency, manpower, and duration of PM's along with day to day planned work are correct. Manage and maintain SAP database so that data is accurate and current. Familiar with TALCM metrics (i.e., pre and post work for downs, process to manage cost budgets monthly). To support the Reliability Functions at CPPM by utilizing computer-based maintenance systems to plan and schedule work authorized to be completed. The reliability planner will be responsible for one to three assets at CPPM for planning purposes. Individual will engage in the implementation of Total Productive Maintenance (TPM) with a proactive approach to help drive continuous improvement in planned maintenance activities.

Requirements : Are 18 years or older and authorized to work in the United States. Do you have a state and/or US Department of Education accredited high school diploma, GED Grade 12 certificate. 1+ years of reliability planning experience.
