Description Under the supervision of the Chief Nursing Officer, the Nursing Supervisor is responsible for coordinating activities of hospital personnel assigned to a specific shift. Communicates and applies policies, practices, procedures, objectives and goals necessary for attainment of satisfactory patient care. Washington Registered Nurse License upon hire. National Provider BLS - American Heart Association upon hire. 1 year - Charge Nurse or leadership experience and demonstrated leadership abilities.
