JPMorgan Chase Senior Product Delivery Associate- Customer Identity and Authentication in Columbus, Ohio

As a Secure Platform Product Delivery Lead, you will lead the planning and execution of cross product initiatives for the Customer Identity and Authentication applications. This includes feature support, modernization, lifecycle management, cyber controls, data center and AWS migration efforts. You will be responsible for ensuring key dependencies are managed effectively, issues are communicated, and resources are deployed against the highest priorities.

As a Senior Product Delivery Associate in Customer Identity and Authentication, you are trusted with enabling the delivery of products in a stable and scalable way. Work with cross-function teams, build key relationships, and enable the product to continuously deliver value. You will work closely with product and technology partners among others to recommend delivery readiness.

The Customer Identity and Authentication team partners with Operations, Technology, Fraud Risk and Business leadership to create a seamless experience for our customers, as they navigate the Chase environment. We focus on authentication methods, which support our customers interaction preferences, while continually evolving the organization's capabilities. Our goal is to provide easy, secure options across Digital, Call Centers and Branches, while simplifying the experience across channels, for all customers. The team follows a hypothesis-led, data-informed approach to identity opportunities and creates effective, scalable, well controlled solutions. We are a critical component of the customer service journey and maintain a service-oriented attitude in all that we do.

Job responsibilities

  • Collaborates with the Product Delivery Manager to execute on key delivery tasks and identify ways to boost efficiencies.

  • Supports the completion of change management activities across functional partners and monitors adherence to the firm's risk, controls, compliance, and regulatory requirements.

  • Raises blockers and other impediments to the Product Delivery Manager to manage dependencies and provide advisory of adequate resources.

  • Lead planning and execution of cross product initiatives within the Customer Identity and Authentication Product.

  • Coordinate among the 6 area products and with external organizations and other Products. Responsible for supporting the work plans as well as coordinating work among the groups.

  • Understand and communicate issues and blockers effectively. Lead to solutions through design changes, securing resources or influencing prioritization.

  • Define and communicate interdependencies among area products and other Lines of Businesses

  • Structure and hold critical meetings with both internal and external partners to unify the teams and bring clarity on progress of work, including clear action items and owning follow ups.

  • Gather project deliverables required for delivery readiness (Implementation plan, sign off, audit trails, etc.)

  • Understand and communicate prioritization of features, with a mind toward user and business benefits and tradeoffs.

Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills

  • 3+ years of experience or equivalent expertise in product management or a relevant domain area

  • Demonstrated performance in either product management or relevant domain area.

  • Experience executing operational management and change readiness activities.

  • Experience in product deployment processes

  • Good understanding of Agile methodology; stakeholder management; budget management, risk management and operations

  • Industry-specific knowledge and experience is an asset especially in the areas of Customer Authentication and Identity Management in the digital channel.

  • Ability to connect programs/projects to broader organizational plans of future and grasp the key performance metrics of business partners.

  • Ability to manage backlog and dependency tasks within CI&A product APG's and external Products.

  • Sound business and technical acumen, with demonstrated agility in learning and ability to quickly become comfortable with unfamiliar businesses areas or of technologies.

  • BS/BA degree in relevant area or equivalent experience

Preferred qualifications, capabilities, and skills

  • Developed knowledge of the product development life cycle

  • AWS Certification

  • Agile/Scrum Certification
