Description We are offering a contract employment opportunity for a Quality Assurance Analyst in Columbus, Ohio. In this role, you will be responsible for planning, executing, and supervising testing activities to ensure optimal functionality and quality standards. Your tasks will involve a wide range of duties, from scripting and executing test cases to collaborating with business and development teams.

Responsibilities:

• Plan, script, and execute integration test cases to ensure appropriate coverage

• Collaborate with business analysts and development teams to review and test business objectives and requirements

• Act as a subject matter expert for one or more project or system, providing guidance on complex issues

• Develop, document, and maintain test data and validation processes for end-to-end testing flows

• Conduct testing using manual and/or automated test processes, and report results

• Manage and assign defect severity throughout the project, and collaborate with teams on defect analysis and triage

• Participate in off-hour production releases as needed and provide support during the project's warranty period

• Create test status reports, test results, and test summary deliverables to ensure readiness for production implementation

• Maintain the regression test bed to meet changing requirements and provide mentorship to junior team members when needed

• Collaborate with the project team to support User Acceptance Testing (UAT) efforts as needed Requirements • Proficiency in planning, reviewing, and supervising quality assurance processes

• Experience in providing workstation support and managing production workflows

• Proficient in the implementation of quality assurance strategies, including automation and integration

• Knowledge of change management and defect management

• Familiarity with various quality assurance methodologies

• Ability to manage deliverables and conduct regression analysis

• Experience in managing release processes and creating effective test cases

• Capability to act as a subject matter expert to meet business objectives

• Proficiency in triage, UAT, and collaboration with development teams

• Ability to prepare status reports and write test scripts

• Experience in handling test data and conducting data validation
