Responsibilities Maintaining CAP4Kids social media accounts Creating monthly editorial and content calendars for social content and ads Creating daily social media posts and bi-monthly advertisements to support Cap4Kids annual social goals Utilizing a social media management tool Analyzing social media data, creating goals, and presenting data to the CAP4Kids team Assist Coordinator with community outreach events and professional conferences Other marketing initiatives Promote CAP4Kids resources to internal and external stakeholders Help with strategic mailings Support Community Resource Coordinator with monthly newsletter Researching and validating referral sources Qualifications Qualifications Sophomore, junior, or senior pursuing an undergraduate degree in Communications, Public Affairs, Marketing, English or related field. Working knowledge of Excel and Word. Experience with social media, Facebook Ads Manager, marketing, website design and management is a plus. A self-motivated learner that takes initiative and can work independently to complete tasks. Ability to effectively and creatively present information in both written and oral form. Accuracy and attention to detail along with strong organizational skills. Excellent interpersonal skills to interact with all levels of staff, donors, and volunteers. Professional appearance and demeanor. A passion for child advocacy.
