Note:The pay rate for this job is $19 - $22 / hour

• The responsibilities of the HVAC trainee/helper include assisting a Journeyman in performing routine maintenance, replacing parts, installing equipment, and furnishing the HVAC technicians with tools, materials, and supplies.

• Ultimately, a top-notch HVAC helper should be willing to learn, good with their hands, and able to effectively follow instructions.
